Key Responsibilities :

A full-time on-site role at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja, Tangerang, who will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing the end-to-end 2nd process of footwear manufacturing to ensure operational efficiency, high product quality, and readiness for mass production. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to support product trials, resolve technical or process-related issues, and ensure a smooth transition into full-scale production.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Footwear 2nd Process area (screen, digital printing, HF welding, PU coating, and no sew application)
• Proven experience leading trial and development processes in footwear 2nd process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive with an efficiency-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Strong awareness of HSE standards
