Key Responsibilities :

A full-time on-site role at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja Tangerang who will be responsible for leading the engineering design process for footwear production from development through mass production, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing. The role oversees the end-to-end footwear manufacturing process (cut-to-box), ensures pattern grading accuracy and efficiency, and leads initiatives to optimize production processes.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Footwear Manufacturing
• Solid understanding of shoe making processes (cut-to-box), pattern basic, material basic, and PFC
• Skilled in end-to-end footwear process creation from Development to Mass Production
• Strong knowledge of materials, components, and construction feasibility to ensure effective and efficient execution
• Experienced in process optimization, adoption of modern technologies, and continuous improvement initiative
• Able to validate pattern grading, pattern efficiency, and engineering accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Strong awareness of HSE standards
