Key Responsibilities :

A full-time on-site role at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja Tangerang who will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical development process of footwear products, from initial concept to final production, manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain effective communication across functions, and ensure timelines and are achieved.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
• 3 - 6 years of experience in footwear product development is required
• Experience working on multiple footwear categories
• Solid understanding of shoemaking processes, material and tooling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement process improvements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Strong awareness of HSE standards
