Key Responsibilities :

A full-time on-site role at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja Tangerang who will be responsible for designing end-to-end technical engineering process of footwear products, from sample creation to final production.?

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
• At least 3 - 4 years of directly relevant work experience
• Proven experience in managing team
• Solid understanding of shoe making processes (cut-to-box), pattern basic, material basic, and PFC
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Strong awareness of HSE standards
